BIOGRAPHY
Christine Allen, Esq., represents those involved in complex litigation matters and, with over 15 years of experience, her clients can count on her to be a steadfast force who will persistently fight for their rights. Her practice areas include litigating trust and probate disputes involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, beneficiary disputes, contested heirship, will and trust contests, will and trust validity, claims of incapacity and undue influence, elder financial abuse, conservatorships, and guardianships, among other issues.
Christine understands that losing a loved one is emotionally wrenching and can lead to tumultuous family situations, often pitting family against one another. Her approach to every client is to first listen to their goals, and then provide counsel on pre-litigation strategies, analyzing any potential risk.
She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law (State Bar of California), providing her the legal acumen and diversity for creative problem solving to secure the most favorable resolution for her clients, be it either in or out of the courtroom.
Christine has secured numerous multi-million-dollar settlements for clients ranging from individual fiduciaries and beneficiaries, including high-net-worth individuals and their families, to executors, trustees, administrators, and charitable organizations. She knows that diving deep and asking smart questions at the onset can help her clients achieve their goals in a preferably timely and stewardly manner.
Prior to joining Law Stein Anderson as a seasoned estate litigation attorney, Christine worked at law firms in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Her background includes representation of parties in will and trust contests, special needs trusts, petitions for fiduciary surcharge and removal, petitions for interpretation of wills and trusts, fiduciary accountings, probate real property sales, petitions to recover property of a decedent, substituted judgment petitions, and appeals. In addition, her civil litigation experience includes breach of contract, quiet title, defamation, life insurance, fraud, and toxic tort actions, all with a high rate of success both in and out of court.
Christine achieved her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine, Caruso School of Law. She graduated with a B.A. in Communications, Journalism, with a Minor in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. She lives in Orange County with her family where they partake in all the joys of the outdoors, including spending quality time with friends and extended family.
