BIOGRAPHY
As a Partner with Law Stein Anderson, Shauna R. Anderson is a tenacious advocate for individuals, families, and fiduciaries in trust and estate matters, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related litigation. She brings a comprehensive perspective to her work, with experience handling both straightforward matters and highly complex, contested estates, allowing her to guide clients through each stage of the process with an understanding of both planning and potential disputes.
Shauna is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, an achievement attained by fewer than 1% of attorneys in California. For over a decade, her practice has focused on protecting individuals during periods of incapacity and ensuring the thoughtful, efficient transfer of wealth across generations.
Her litigation experience informs her proactive approach to planning and administration. Shauna understands where disputes arise, how they escalate, and how to structure plans and processes that reduce ambiguity, manage risk, and protect her clients’ interests. Whether advising on preventative planning or navigating active conflict, she is known for her steady judgment and ability to bring order to complex and emotionally charged situations.

Shauna received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law, where she served as an Editor of the Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she was a Division I collegiate soccer player. She credits that experience with instilling discipline, problem-solving, and the importance of teamwork.
She lives in Orange County with her husband and three children. Outside of her practice, she enjoys time with her family, especially camping, visiting the beach, and being outdoors. She also volunteers as an advocate for children with disabilities.
