BIOGRAPHY
James Man is an associate attorney at Law Stein Anderson, LLP, where he specializes in family office representation, complex estate planning, tax planning, business law, and real estate transactions. He advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on sophisticated matters requiring technical precision, sound judgment, and a practical, client-centered approach.
James works with individuals and families to design and implement sophisticated planning strategies that align wealth transfer, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth preservation goals. His practice often involves creating multi-entity structures in collaboration with clients and their investment advisory teams to ensure seamless execution. He is experienced in advanced planning techniques, including irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and charitable planning strategies.
