BIOGRAPHY
Kianna Parviz is a senior associate with Law Stein Anderson, LLP who zealously advocates for clients in trust, estate, and probate litigation. She represents beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries in will contests, trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and inheritance controversies. She also represents clients in business disputes and other civil matters, including premises liability and personal injury claims.
Her litigation experience allows her to navigate cases where family, financial, business, and property interests collide. As a skilled negotiator, Kianna builds strong rapport with clients by listening carefully to their goals and working tirelessly to achieve them. She strives to resolve disputes efficiently through settlement when possible, but brings a tenacious and thorough trial approach when litigation is unavoidable. She has secured significant victories for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
Kianna earned her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, where she graduated near the top of her class, received a Merit Scholarship, and was awarded two CALI Awards. She also served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy.
She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Management. As part of the Political Science Honors Program, she wrote an honors thesis on presidential elections. She was a Co-Founder and Co-President of the Invisible Children Club, raising funds for a girls school in Northern Uganda. She also studied abroad in Montreux, Switzerland, and graduated with both the Student Scholar of Distinction Award and the Order of Merit Award.
Kianna lives in Orange County with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, staying active, exploring sushi restaurants, and traveling.
