BIOGRAPHY
David Huynh is a resourceful and client-focused attorney passionate about guiding his clients through complex legal issues. From high-net-worth estate planning to highly contentious trust and probate litigation, his career has been an unwavering commitment to helping his clients achieve their goals.
David has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning, trusts, and probate law, and is certified by the State Bar of California as a legal specialist in that practice area. For over a decade, he has represented and advocated for trustees, executors, administrators, heirs, beneficiaries, conservators, guardians, and others who have needed guidance in probate- or trust-related matters.
At Law Stein Anderson, LLP, David mainly focuses his practice on complex trust, estate, and probate litigation, including trustee matters, breaches of fiduciary duty, accountings, removal actions, property and inheritance disputes, undue influence and elder financial abuse, and trust and will contests.
In addition, David practices in the areas of business law, real estate, and general litigation.
David graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Chapman University, where he was a Presidential Merit Scholar. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, and he is an avid vinyl record collector.
