BIOGRAPHY
Katie Lindsey, Esq. is an attorney with expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. Katie is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Board of Legal Specialization, a designation only a small percentage of attorneys achieve.
On the planning side, Katie works closely with families to ensure their estate planning goals are met. She helps clients create plans that reflect their wishes and minimize potential disputes. A typical estate plan includes a revocable living trust, will, durable power of attorney, and an advanced healthcare directive, each tailored to meet the needs of her clients.
Katie represents trustees in trust administrations, guiding them compassionately to ensure the trust’s terms are accurately executed. In probate cases, she helps personal representatives navigate the complex probate process, making her a reliable advisor for managing these challenging tasks.
Katie’s background in litigation adds a unique perspective to her practice at Law Stein Anderson. Her diverse legal experience enhances her ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel.
Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2004, and her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2007. She lives in Huntington Beach with her husband and teenage son and daughter. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities.
