Katie Lindsey, Esq. is an attorney with expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. She also holds the distinguished designation of Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law from the California State Board of Legal Specialization, a credential only a small percentage of attorneys achieve.

On the estate planning side, Katie works closely with families to ensure their estate planning goals are met. She helps clients create plans that reflect their wishes and minimize potential disputes. A typical estate plan includes a revocable living trust, will, durable power of attorney, and an advanced healthcare directive, each tailored to meet the needs of her clients.

On the trust administration side, Katie has experience representing both family members and private professional fiduciaries in administering trusts, handling both straightforward and complex administrations. She also frequently advises trust beneficiaries, ensuring their interests are protected and guiding them in understanding and responding to the trustee’s actions.

She lives in Huntington Beach with her husband and teenage children. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities.
