Charlotte A. Flanigan, Esq. possesses over 15 years of expertise in estate and income tax planning, probate and trust administration, and business law. She works closely with individuals and families to create comprehensive estate plans that safeguard their interests and help them achieve their goals of tax savings and maintaining family harmony. This may involve the preparation of wills, living trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney, and other estate planning techniques. Charlotte’s practice also includes advising trustees and other fiduciaries in trust and estate administration and representing clients in probate court appearances.
Before joining Law Stein Anderson, Charlotte established a successful career in Imperial County, California, focusing on probate and trust administration, conservatorships and guardianships, estate and income tax planning, and business law. Her professional journey is marked by her commitment to working with clients from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, coupled with her personal and empathetic approach to each case. Charlotte believes that building strong client relationships is fundamental to meeting their needs effectively.
Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002. She then attended the University of La Verne, College of Law, where she served as Executive Notes and Comments Director of the Law Review and graduated cum laude in 2008.
