With a wealth of experience spanning business litigation, probate litigation, and general civil litigation, Jennifer J. Carney, Esq., is a skilled attorney dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for her clients. Whether representing businesses in high-stakes commercial disputes, guiding individuals through probate challenges, or advocating for clients in civil matters, Jen Carney pays meticulous attention to detail while bringing a strategic approach and a commitment to excellence to every case.

Before joining Law Stein Anderson, Jen built a successful career in various legal roles with notable achievements. As an Associate Attorney, she managed a diverse caseload focused on business litigation and legal malpractice, from pleadings to trial. Jen demonstrated proficiency in mediation and settlement negotiations, consistently securing favorable outcomes for clients. Her dedication to her clients is unwavering, and she always strives to provide the best possible service.

Jen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, with distinction as a member of the top 10% of her class and induction into the prestigious honor society, Order of the Coif. During her time at UC Davis, she served as Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, demonstrating her dedication to editorial excellence. Before her legal studies, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Society and Environment from the University of California, Berkeley, laying the foundation for her interdisciplinary approach to legal practice and commitment to social issues. During her free time, Jen loves to cook, practice yoga, and make memories with her family and beloved dog, Frankie.
