BIOGRAPHY
Nick Carrigan specializes in estate planning for individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients. His expertise extends to trust administration and general business law. Additionally, he is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in trust, probate, and general litigation.
Nick has represented individual, family, and business clients of all sizes, from sole proprietors to several Fortune Global 500 companies. He has also assisted and advised clients with their Estate Planning needs, protecting and guiding their assets, businesses, and families.
Nick has successfully guided his clients through both purchases and sales of businesses, contract analysis, and tax audits. He is an experienced and detail-focused drafter of all manner of corporate documents and handles business formations, internal governance
documents and contract drafting.
In addition, he has effectively and successfully represented his clients in litigated cases involving contract claims, construction defect actions, insurance coverage claims, business disputes, and real estate disputes.
Nick has presented continuing legal education seminars, spoken at national conferences, and authored articles regarding business entities and transactions, insurance coverage, and legal developments.
Prior to joining Law Stein Anderson, Nick has been an attorney at both a national law firm and boutique firms specializing in trusts and estates, business litigation, corporate transactions, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. When not assisting clients, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being active in his religious community, cheering for his beloved UCLA Bruins, and serving on the Board of Directors of a local charitable foundation.
