Law Stein Anderson Senior Associate Bryan K. Johnson Sworn in as Chair of OCBA Trust & Estates Section; Allison Gordon Appointed to Executive Board
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec. 8, 2025 — Law Stein Anderson, LLP proudly announces two significant leadership appointments within the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Trust & Estates Section. Bryan K. Johnson, Esq. was sworn in last week as Chair of the OCBA Trust & Estates Section for the 2026 term. Allison Gordon, Esq. has been appointed to serve on the Section’s Executive Board.
The announcements took place during the OCBA Trusts & Estates, Elder Law & Special Needs and Conservatorship Joint Section Holiday Dinner & Social at Harborside Restaurant and Ballroom in Newport Beach.
The OCBA’s specialty sections meet regularly to provide continuing legal education (CLE), facilitate the exchange of knowledge, and create networking opportunities for members. As Section Chair, Johnson will oversee programming, member engagement, and collaboration with the bench and bar to advance practice excellence in trusts and estates across Orange County. Gordon will contribute to the Executive Board’s strategic planning and event coordination.

Johnson is a Senior Associate at Law Stein Anderson whose practice spans Trusts, Estates, & Tax Law, Litigation, and Business & Corporate Law. He earned his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, and his M.B.T. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York. Johnson has prepared hundreds of estate plans, guided trustees through contested and uncontested administrations, and handled complex matters involving tax, gifts, and trust litigation.
Gordon is an Associate at Law Stein Anderson with more than a decade of experience in Southern California. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. from Occidental College. Her practice focuses on will and trust litigation, trust administration, and probate matters, both contested and uncontested. Gordon is also an accomplished mediation, arbitration, and trial attorney who helps clients navigate complex family dynamics and succession statutes.
