BIOGRAPHY
Pearl Walker is an attorney at Law Stein Anderson, LLP, where her practice areas include trust and estate litigation, where she represents stakeholders in disputes involving wills, trusts, and estate matters, among other issues, and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on defending clients against personal injury, negligence, and premises liability claims.
Prior to joining Law Stein Anderson, Pearl predominantly practiced civil litigation, defending corporate entities as well as advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury matters across the State of California. Her civil litigation experience includes personal injury, breach of contract, premise liability, defamation, employment, Prop 65, fraud, and Federal Employer’s Liability Act. As well, Pearl had the unique experience to engage in family and criminal law matters, including misdemeanor crimes and custody petitions, as a civil litigator. Her comprehensive background enables her to effectively manage a diverse caseload and provide thoughtful, strategic representation to all her clients.
Pearl earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach. She achieved her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Western State College of Law. During her time at Western State, she served as a student representative on the Student Bar Association and as a Deans Fellow, providing guidance to newly admitted law students. She is admitted to practice law in California. During her free time, Pearl enjoys baking, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends.
