BIOGRAPHY

Gino Barrica is an associate attorney with Law Stein Anderson, LLP who advocates for clients in various types of civil litigation matters, including premises liability and personal injury claims.

Prior to joining Law Stein Anderson, Gino specialized in civil litigation, defending clients in primarily premises liability and personal injury matters across California. Gino spent time as a franchise litigation counsel at Hyundai Motor America handling disputes between the company and its dealerships on the East Coast. Gino also has experience helping clients with immigration matters and appearing in Immigration Court.

Gino earned his J.D. From Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Trial Advocacy Award and Cyberprivacy Law Award. Gino was a member of Temple’s prestigious competitive trial team where he competed in trial advocacy tournaments across the country. While at law school, Gino was an award-winning podcast producer and host of the Talkadelphia podcast, spotlighting Philadelphia-area artists, politicians, athletes, and other personalities.

Gino graduated magna cum laude from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Gino was the vice president of the Philippine National Day Association where he had the opportunity to educate and mentor California-area Filipino-American high school and college students.

Gino was born and raised in the Philippines and is fluent in both English and Tagalog. Gino lives in Orange County with his wife, Jen; two sons, Parker and Pace; and dog, Ruckus. Gino also enjoys traveling, eating out, attending sporting events, and going to comic conventions.
