BIOGRAPHY
Tamsen R. Reinheimer, Esq. is a Senior Associate at Law Stein Anderson, where she focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration. She brings decades of experience helping clients plan for the future and navigate the administration of trusts and estates.
Her practice includes preparing estate plans, powers of attorney, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as implementing gift and estate tax planning strategies. Tamsen is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Tamsen is a frequent speaker at industry events on trust and estate topics, including long-term care, special needs trusts, and tax and financial planning. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Women’s Business Development Initiative (WBDI), an Orange County networking group for women in the legal, financial, and other professional service industries.
Tamsen earned her J.D. from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, and her B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Before entering the legal profession, she worked in public relations for software companies in San Francisco.
Outside of her practice, Tamsen is an avid reader and active member of her local book club. She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and exploring wine. She also fosters dogs and supports animal rescue and sheltering organizations.
