BIOGRAPHY
Erin Beranek is an Estate Planning and Trust Administration Attorney at Law Stein & Anderson, LLP. Erin represents individuals and families in connection with comprehensive estate planning and trust administration matters, including the preparation of revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, and the administration of trusts and estates. Her work includes consulting with clients to provide guidance on strategic planning and asset positioning to protect family legacies and minimize future conflict.
Ms. Beranek is also recognized for her years of experience in complex civil litigation, which informs her approach to estate planning and administration. She has represented clients in high-stakes personal injury and mass-tort matters, gaining substantial experience in case strategy, risk assessment, and advocacy. This litigation background provides Erin with a practical understanding of how disputes arise and allows her to design estate plans that anticipate and mitigate potential areas of conflict.

A lifelong Orange County resident, Erin grew up in Mission Viejo and now resides in San Clemente with her family. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hot yoga, hiking local trails, and spending time at the beach with her children.
