Law Stein Anderson, LLP Wins First Place as 2025 Orange County Top Workplace
TUSTIN, Calif., Dec. 8, 2025 — Law Stein Anderson, LLP has been named a 2025 Orange County Top Workplace by The Orange County Register, earning First Place in the Small Business category (1–99 employees).
Of the 145 companies recognized across Orange County, only 45 small businesses were selected as honorees, and Law Stein Anderson, LLP (LSA) achieved the top overall ranking within its category, placing first among all small employers.
The Top Workplaces awards are based entirely on anonymous employee feedback gathered by Energage, an independent workplace culture research firm. Survey participants evaluate their organization across metrics including leadership, workplace alignment, professional development, collaboration, inclusion, and organizational trust.
