Law Stein Anderson Heads to PFAC Conference in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — May 26, 2026 —The Law Stein Anderson team will attend the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) annual education conference at the Sacramento Convention Center from Wednesday, May 27, through Friday, May 29. 

The firm will be represented by Partner Matthew G. Stein, Esq. and Senior Associate Allison C. Gordon, Esq. who will be available throughout the conference at Booth 405 to connect with fiduciaries, industry colleagues, and conference attendees. 

In addition, Matthew G. Stein will serve as a featured speaker during the conference program. His presentation, “Fiduciary Takes the Stand: A Mock Breach of Fiduciary Duty Trial and Lessons From the Hot Seat,” is an interactive mock trial designed to give attendees firsthand insight into fiduciary decision-making under scrutiny, as well as courtroom strategy and litigation risk.

The mock trial will take place Friday, May 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Exhibit Hall Track D.
