Bryan K. Johnson Attends OCBA’s Annual Trusts & Estates Seminar

Bryan K. Johnson at the OCBA 2026 Trusts and Estates Fall Seminar

On October 7, 2026, Law Stein Anderson attorney Bryan K. Johnson attended the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Annual Trusts & Estates Seminar, held at the University Club in Irvine.

Bryan currently serves as Chair of the OCBA’s Trusts & Estates Section, reflecting his commitment to advancing legal education, professional collaboration, and leadership within Orange County’s trusts and estates community.

This year’s seminar, “Detonation to De-Escalation: Managing High Conflict Personalities in Mediation,” focused on navigating challenging personalities and emotional dynamics in trust and estate disputes.

The program featured panelists John Glowacki and Stephanie Blondell, with Anum Arshad serving as moderator. Discussions centered on practical strategies for managing conflict, preparing clients for mediation, and working toward resolutions in complex and emotionally charged disputes.

At Law Stein Anderson, these conversations are especially relevant to the work we do every day. Our attorneys regularly navigate sensitive trust and estate matters where family dynamics, competing interests, and difficult decisions can create significant challenges. Understanding how to manage conflict effectively is an important part of helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

We’re proud of Bryan’s leadership within the OCBA and his continued involvement in initiatives that strengthen the legal community while reinforcing our firm’s commitment to thoughtful, strategic representation.
